She started her career 20 years ago with Red Robin where she developed a passion for building teams and developing people which has strongly influenced her career. <\/p>\n
Since then she has held several senior leadership positions with Yum Brands - first with Pizza Hut International and then with Taco Bell where she lead all corporate restaurants in the Western half of the US before taking a role overseeing Taco Bell\u2019s Restaurant Excellence Team. <\/p>\n
In addition, directly prior to joining Flynn, Jessica served as COO for Nandos Peri Peri\u2019s US Business.<\/p>\n

As Vice President of Operations - West, Jeff oversees 184 restaurants across 5 Markets. Over the course of his 25+ years in the industry, he has focused his career on building, engaging, and motivating high performing teams, creating a thriving culture that promotes high performers, operational excellence, and sustained financial results. As VP of Marketing, Jerrod oversees marketing & PR strategy for multiple Flynn Group brands including Arby\u2019s and Panera Bread. Partnering with operations and brand leadership, Jerrod\u2019s responsibility is to lead sales & marketing initiatives that unlock profitable growth through increased guest frequency and retention. Zin began his career in food and beverage as a cleaner at Dean and Deluca and steadily climbed the ranks to General Manager. From there he relocated to the Washington, DC area to join Pret A Manger as they opened their first location in the DC market. A few years later Zin was offered a role at an up-and-coming concept in DC, Nando\u2019s Peri-Peri. At Nando\u2019s Zin truly cultivated not only the Nando\u2019s brand, but his own as a culture champion. Zin is a Director of Operations for RBA overseeing 29 Arby\u2019s in both Colorado and Wyoming. Zin is fully committed to being a servant leader and investing in his people. Jeremy serves as the Market President of 44 Arby\u2019s restaurants in Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. Jeremy prides himself on running premier operations, showcased by four consecutive years as #1 on the brand scorecard, 2018-2022.
